Our son, Juel, embodies the wildness of our farm. Juel's feral upbringing on the farm has molded him in unexpected and meaningful ways. This wine reflects his staunchly individual spirit, creativity, sensitivity, and depth. It is a blend of the six selections of Pinot Noir grown at Antiquum Farm. In concert, they convey the many dimensions of our home.
Grown at the highest elevation of our Pinot Noir site, Passiflora’s free spirit carves its own path defying traditional notions of what Pinot Noir can be. As the treble to Luxuria’s deep base, Passiflora’s lithe texture and vibrant acidity capture the ethereal spirit and eccentric voice of Antiquum Farm in a stunningly elegant profile.
The lower elevations in the vineyard hold a one-acre parcel of vines straddling a seam between two clonal blocks. This small section of the site expresses the dark and brooding voice of Antiquum Farm. Firmly earth-rooted, its structure is a rich foundation expressing a Pinot Noir of unparalleled power and depth.
This lively Pinot Noir is blended from every single fermentation in the cellar and is meant to be enjoyed immediately while cellaring the other wines. It is available exclusively to our Farm Family members and is offered as our annual "Thank You" for supporting Antiquum Farm.
